Alan Clayton hails from Scotland in the UK and is this year's International Keynote Speaker. He has a twenty-five-year career in purpose-driven growth, and has no plans to slow down. He has been in his current role as CEO of Revolutionise International for 12 years and specialises in combining precise analytics with emotional energy to accelerate fundraising organisations.
He has worked in-house in fundraising departments, run three agencies and, in his current role, has worked with over 350 clients in more than 30 countries, with compounded revenue growth amounting to billions of dollars. Clients range from global giants such as UN agencies right through to small, local start-ups.
Alan is well known as both a keynote speaker and detailed trainer and facilitator. He has a high energy, interactive style which blends logic and emotion in a truly inspiring manner.
Prior to Donor Republic, Andrew led Guide Dogs SA/NT to experience significant fundraising growth from $1m to $9m over seven years. In 2016 Andrew was part of a team that launched a social enterprise by building a Pet Hotel at the Adelaide Airport. Due to his leadership in fundraising, Andrew chaired the Guide Dogs Australia Fundraising Committee where annual income grew from $53m to $87m. Andrew is a past state and national winner of the Fundraising Institute of Australia’s Fundraiser of the Year award.
Louise has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than 15 years. Louise joined The Smith Family in 2018 and prior to her current role was the National Manager of Events and Community Fundraising and the Manager, Appeals and Acquisitions. Louise was the Fundraising Manager at Caritas Australia for a year and the Event Marketing Manager - Community Events at Cancer Council NSW for more than 7 years. Before joining the sector, Louise was a product manager at Pacific Brands, home of numerous iconic Australian brands.
June Steward is a fundraising consultant and copywriter. She helps nonprofits raise millions of dollars in individual giving and each year writes hundreds of thousands of words in charity stories and donor love. Her consultancy specialises in charity direct marketing, fundraising strategy and training.
