FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are the closing dates for the Earlybird registration options?  

  • Super earlybird registration closes Thursday 22 June 5pm 2023 
  • Earlybird registration – from Friday 23 March to Thursday 27 July 2023  
  • Standard registration – from Thursday 27 July 2023  

2. Who is eligible for subscriber rates?  

Subscribers named on a paid F&P individual or organisational subscription qualify for a 15% discount off the non-subscriber price. The quoted ‘Subscriber’ prices on the Registration Information page of the website are the discounted prices. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer.  Subscribers have been emailed a promo code to enable the discount. Once you’ve clicked on ‘subscriber’ at the bottom of the ‘registration page’ a box will pop-up for you to enter your promo code. 3. Will this conference also be available online?  

Short answer…no! However, we will be video-recording this conference (except the Masterclasses) and you can purchase the video-recordings by processing a registration and selecting the Video Recordings option when you get to the Registration Type section - the last category on the list of registration options.  

4. Are 1-day registrations available?  

The only ONE day registration is if you register for BOTH masterclasses – (Masterclass 1 in the morning and Masterclass 2 in the afternoon) – on Day1  i.e. 29 August. You may also purchase half a day for either masterclass. There are NO 1-day registrations for the Main conference (30 & 31 August).  

5. What is included in a Main Conference only registration?  

Main Conference only includes: 

  • Option to attend all sessions on Days 2 & 3 (Wed 30 & Thurs 31 August) 
  • Arrival tea/coffee, morning/afternoon tea and lunch both days 
  • Networking drinks at the conclusion of Day 2 (Wed 30 August) 
  • Video recordings of all sessions of the main conference 
  • PDF of Power Point slide deck from presentations 
  • Conference App 

6. Are any meals included in the registration fee?  

Arrival Coffee/Tea, Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are provided each day of the conference and included in your registration fee for the day/s applicable to your category of registration. Networking Drinks at the end of Day 2 (Wed 30 August) are also included. 

7. Who is eligible to attend the Networking Drinks ?  

All delegates who are registered to attend the main conference. This will take place at the end of the sessions on Wednesday 30 August, 5- 6pm (sponsored by DONOR REPUBLIC). 

8. When will I receive log-in details for the Conference App?  

Final information regarding the conference, including login details for the conference app, will be emailed to all registered attendees two working days prior to the conference. Please make sure that we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending.  

9. Can I cancel my registration?  

If you wish to cancel your registration you must notify F&P in writing before 5pm on Friday 28 July 2023. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or cancellations will be made after this date, but you can transfer your registration to another person for THIS conference. The full contact details of the replacement attendee must be advised in writing to F&P prior to the conference. Email us at membership@fandp.com.au if you wish to cancel or advise of a transfer to another person. Registrations cannot be transferred to another F&P conference. 10. If I travel to the venue by car, can I park at the venue?  

Onsite parking is available at Interpark UTS Car Park.
