Marcus co-founded Donor Republic in 2016, and it has since grown to be one of the most sought after fundraising creative agencies in Australia, currently supporting over 50 organisations and their fundraising and campaigning efforts. Donor Republic recently won Supplier of the Year at the 2022 FIA National Awards for Fundraising Excellence.
Prior to this Marcus worked as the General Manager of Marketing and Fundraising with Cerebral Palsy Alliance for eight years. His role encompassed fundraising, brand development and client service marketing. Over that time fundraising grew from $12m to $31m. Marcus worked in similar roles for Cancer Councils NSW and QLD. He also founded the current incarnation of the innovative social change campaign, ‘Include a Charity’ funded by 140 Australian charities to increase the number of people who leave a gift in their Will and has recently served six years on the Board of the Fundraising Institute of Australia.
Paige has had several careers including Playwright, Theatrical Agent, Instructional Designer and Creative Director. Her first fundraising role was Executive Manager of Fundraising and Communications at RSPCA NSW. Paige is an inaugural F&P Magazine Mover and Shaker and was voted one of the Top 50 CMOs in Australia in 2016. Originally from Perth, she joined the Perkins at the end of 2017. During her time, the Perkins team has won numerous FIA National Awards for Excellence including WA Young Fundraiser of the Year three consecutive times, the 2019 Most Outstanding Fundraising Project, 2021 Best Supporter Experience, 2023 Best Pivot Campaign, 2023 Impact Through Events and 2023 National Fundraising Team of the Year.
Shanelle has had more than 17 years’ experience as a digital marketing and fundraising strategist. Her vision is to transform supporter experiences online through great stories, interactive engagement and easy to use donation forms. Giving donors a positive experience at every touch-point, action, ask or gift is her mantra.
Previous roles include Manager, Digital Marketing & Development at WWF, Digital Innovation and Marketing Manager at Toyota and Online Marketing Manager at News Digital Media. She is the author of “Attracting Donors Online – Digital Marketing That Works.”

Emily is a passionate digital marketing and fundraising specialist. She has worked in the not-for-profit space for almost a decade, in both agency and in-house roles. Her expertise is in campaign strategy, supporter journeys and digital fundraising. Over the last few years, she has helped to execute some of Australia’s biggest peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
