FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are the closing dates for the Earlybird registration options? 

  • Super earlybird registration closes Thursday 16 March 5pm 
  • Earlybird registration – from Friday 17 March to Friday 28 April 
  • Standard registration – from Saturday 29 April to Monday 22 May 

2. Who is eligible for subscriber rates? 

Subscribers named on a paid F&P individual or organisational subscription qualify for a 15% discount off the non-subscriber price. The quoted ‘Subscriber’ prices on the Registration Information page of the website are the discounted prices. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer. 

Subscribers have been emailed a promo code to enable the discount. Once you’ve clicked on ‘subscriber’ at the bottom of the ‘registration page’ a box will pop-up for you to enter your promo code. If you need to check your subscription status, please email us at membership@fandp.com.au

3. Will this conference also be available online? 

Short answer…no! We are exploring the possibility of hybrid or just sound recordings of the sessions for future F&P conferences, but we don’t have immediate plans to offer these options. 

4. Are 1-day registrations available? 

You are able to register for one of the Masterclasses only (Half day on day 1) OR you can register for the Main conference (Half day – from lunchtime on day 1 PLUS all of Day 2) OR you can register for a masterclass plus the main conference (Days 1 & 2). There are NO 1-day registrations for the main conference. 

5. What is included in a Main Conference only registration? 

Main Conference only begins at (and includes) lunchtime on Day 1 PLUS all of Day 2. 

6. Are any meals included in the registration fee? 

Arrival Coffee/Tea, Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are provided each day of the conference and included in your registration fee for the day/s applicable to your category of registration. 

7. Who is eligible to attend the Networking Drinks on Day 1? 

Only delegates who have purchased a ticket to the networking drinks are permitted to attend as well as speakers and registered sponsor/exhibitor staff. 

8. When will I receive log-in details for the Conference App? 

Final information regarding the conference, including login details for the conference app, will be emailed to all registered attendees two working days prior to the conference. Please make sure that we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending. 

9. Can I cancel my registration? 

If you wish to cancel your registration you must notify F&P in writing at least 30 days prior to the event (i.e. before 5pm on 22 April, 2023). You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or cancellations will be made after this date, but you can transfer your registration to another person for THIS conference. The full contact details of the replacement attendee must be advised in writing to F&P prior to the conference. Email us at membership@fandp.com.au if you wish to cancel or advise of a transfer to another person. Registrations cannot be transferred to another F&P conference. 10. If I travel to the venue by car, can I park at the venue? 

Secured and undercover parking is available at the venue for conference attendees at a self-park rate of $55 per day. A valet parking option is available at $69 per day. These rates are valid during business hours only and exclude overnight parking. Parking is subject to availability and is not reserved. Parking tickets will be validated by venue reception staff.
