FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are the closing dates for the Earlybird registration options?  

  • Super earlybird registration - register and pay by Thursday 17 August 2023
  • Earlybird registration – register and pay between Friday 18 August 2023 and Thursday 14 September 2023
  • Standard registration – register and pay after Thursday 14 September 2023 

2. Who is eligible for member rates?  

Members named on a paid F&P individual or organisational membership qualify for a 15% discount off the non-member price. The quoted ‘Member’ prices on the Registration Information page of the website are the discounted prices. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer.  Members have been emailed a promo code to enable the discount. Once you’ve clicked on ‘member’ at the bottom of the ‘registration page’ a box will pop-up for you to enter your promo code. If you need to check your membership status, please email us at membership@fandp.com.au.  

3. Will this conference also be available online?  

Short answer…no! We are exploring the possibility of hybrid or just sound recordings of the sessions for future F&P conferences, but we don’t have immediate plans to offer these options.   

4. Are 1-day registrations available?  

In short – Yes. On Day1 – you can choose to register for just one masterclass or one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Registrations are available for Day 2 only (Major Gifts and Trusts & Foundations) or Day 3 only (Gifts-in-Wills and Corporate Partnerships). You can also register for a combination of any of the above by selecting the appropriate options. 

5. What is included in a Main Conference only registration?  

Main Conference only includes:  

  • Option to attend any session on Days 2 & 3 (Wed 25 & Thurs 26 October) 
  • Arrival tea/coffee, morning/afternoon tea and lunch both days  
  • PDF of Power Point slide deck from all presentations made on Days 2 & 3. 
  • Conference App

6. Are any meals included in the registration fee?  

Arrival Coffee/Tea, Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are provided each day of the conference and included in your registration fee for the day/s applicable to your category of registration. 

7. When will I receive log-in details for the Conference App?  

Final information regarding the conference, including login details for the conference app, will be emailed to all registered attendees at least two working days prior to the conference. Please make sure that we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending.    

8. Can I cancel my registration?  

If you wish to cancel your registration you must notify F&P in writing before 5pm on Sunday 24 September 2023. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or cancellations will be made after this date, but you can transfer your registration to another person for THIS conference. The full contact details of the replacement attendee must be advised in writing to F&P prior to the conference. Email us at membership@fandp.com.au if you wish to cancel or advise of a transfer to another person. Registrations cannot be transferred to another F&P conference. 9. If I travel to the venue by car, can I park at the venue?  

Onsite parking is available at Amora Jamison Sydney. A secure parking station under the hotel (operated by Care Park +61 2 9299 6767). Self-parking: $67 per vehicle and Valet-parking: $85 per vehicle. The costs are for a 24-hour period with multiple entries and exits. Space is limited and subject to availability.
