FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are the closing dates for Earlybird registration options?   

  • Super Early Bird registration opens Friday 13 June and closes 5PM AEST Thursday 26 June 2025

  • Early Bird registration opens Friday 27 June 2025 and closes 5PM AEST Thursday 31 July 2025

  • Standard registration opens from Friday 1 August 2025

2. Who is eligible for member rates?   

Members named on a paid F&P individual or organisational membership qualify for a 20% off all other non-member prices. The quoted ‘Member’ prices on the Registration Information page of the website are the discounted prices. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer. Members have been emailed a promo code to enable the discount – please do not share this promo code with non-members.  
Once you have clicked on ‘member’ at the bottom of the ‘registration page’ a box will pop-up for you to enter your promo code. If you need to check your membership status, please email us at membership@fandp.com.au 

3. Will this conference also be available online?   

No. We are exploring the possibility of hybrid and/or audio recordings of sessions at future F&P conferences, but we do not have immediate plans to offer these options. 

4. Are 1-day registrations available?   

The only 1-day registration is if you register for a morning masterclass (1 or 2) and an afternoon masterclass (3 or 4)
– on Day 1 i.e. 26 August. You may also purchase half a day for one of the four masterclasses.

There are NO 1-day registrations for the main conference (27 & 28 August)

5. What is included in a Main Conference only registration? 

Includes: 

  • Option to attend all sessions on Wednesday 27 & Thursday 28 August
  • Arrival tea/coffee, morning tea/afternoon tea and lunch are provided on both days
  • Networking drinks at the conclusion of Wednesday 27 August
  • PDF of PowerPoint slide decks from all presentations appropriate to your category of registration
  • Access to the conference app

6. DO INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES HAVE TO PAY GST ON THE REGISTRATION FEE? 

All delegates, including those that reside overseas, must pay GST on registration fees for all F&P conferences. This is required by Australian law which stipulates that 10% GST must be paid on the fees of all conferences taking place in Australia. 

7. When will I receive log-in details for the Conference App? 

Final information regarding the conference, including login details for the conference app, will be emailed to all registered attendees two working days prior to the conference. Please make sure we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending. 

8. Can I cancel my registration?   

If you wish to cancel your registration you must notify  F&P in writing before 5pm AEST Saturday 26 July 2025. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or cancellations will be made after this date, but you can transfer your registration to another person for this conference ONLY. The full contact details of the replacement attendee must be advised in writing to F&P prior to the conference. Email us at admin@fandp.com.au if you wish to cancel or advise of a transfer to another person. Registrations cannot be transferred to another F&P conference. 9. Dietary disclaimer

Whilst the venue strives to provide a diverse range of food options and accommodate dietary requirements, it cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. The kitchen staff take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, but they cannot eliminate the risk of trace amounts of allergens present in shared equipment or ingredients.
All dietary requirements must be registered to F&P conference management at least 7 days in advance. Please be aware that neither the venue or F&P is responsible for any adverse reactions or health consequences resulting from dietary choices. By attending this event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety and for ensuring your needs are met. 

10. If I travel to the venue by car, can I park at the venue?   

Secured and undercover parking is available at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park for conference attendees at a self-park rate of $35 per day. A valet parking option is available at $65 per day. These rates are valid during business hours only and exclude overnight parking. Parking is subject to availability and is not reserved. Parking tickets will be validated by venue reception staff.
