FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are the closing dates for Earlybird registration options?  

  • Super earlybird registration closes Thursday 14 March 2024   
  • Earlybird registration – from Friday 15 March to Thursday 11 April 2024
  • Standard registration – from Friday 12 April 2024

2. Who is eligible for member rates?  

Members named on a paid F&P individual or organisational membership qualify for a 20% discount off the non-member price. The quoted ‘Member’ prices on the Registration Information page of the website are the discounted prices. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer.  Members have been emailed a promo code to enable the discount. Once you’ve clicked on ‘member’ at the bottom of the ‘registration page’ a box will pop-up for you to enter your promo code. If you need to check your membership status, please email us at membership@fandp.com.au.   

3. Will this conference also be available online?  

Not at this time. We are exploring the possibility of hybrid and/or audio recordings of sessions at future F&P conferences, but we don’t have immediate plans to offer these options.   

4. Are 1-day registrations available?  

You can register for a MASTERCLASS ONLY (half day on Day 1) OR you can register for the MAIN CONFERENCE ONLY (half day from lunchtime on Day 1 plus all of Day 2) OR for one of the masterclasses PLUS the main conference (Days 1 & 2). However, there are NO 1-day registrations available for the main conference.

5. What is included in a Main Conference Only registration?  

Main Conference only begins at (and includes) lunch on Day 1 PLUS all of Day 2.

6. Are any meals included in the registration fee?  

Arrival Coffee/Tea, Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are provided each day of the conference and included in your registration fee for the day/s applicable to your category of registration. Networking Drinks at the end of Day 1 (Wednesday 1 May) are also included.

7. Who is eligible to attend the Networking Drinks on Day 1? 

All delegates who are registered to attend the main conference. This will take place at the end of session on Day 1 (Wednesday 1 May 5-6pm). 

8. When will I receive log-in details for the Conference App?

Final information regarding the conference, including login details for the conference app, will be emailed to all registered attendees two working days prior to the conference. Please make sure that we have the correct email address for the attending person if your registration was made by someone other than the person attending.   

9. Can I cancel my registration?  

If you wish to cancel your registration you must notify F&P in writing before 5pm Monday 1 April 2024. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or cancellations will be made after this date, but you can transfer your registration to another person for this conference ONLY. The full contact details of the replacement attendee must be advised in writing to F&P prior to the conference. Email us at membership@fandp.com.au if you wish to cancel or advise of a transfer to another person. Registrations cannot be transferred to another F&P conference. 10. If I travel to the venue by car, can I park at the venue?
